This year... a reference : Our chef, Vincent TABARANI, known and renowned throughout the island, invites you to taste authentic Mediterranean cuisine. With his creativity, he has the art to accommodate, local produce Corsica, and innovate new and subtle combinations of flavors. He has also decided to implement cookery workshops to be held in May and June, then September and October. In Riva Bella, it’s an entire lifestyle that we want to preserve in order to complete all the pleasures : subtle moments facing the sea, your table at the waterfront to enjoy Corsica Sea and soils with an original and traditionnal cuisine. Our chef offers a traditional, or diet, or vegetarian cuisine. To realize his delicious creations, he wants to use local products and local production. Similarly, vegetables and fruits in all his compositions are fresh and prefers BIO products. You can also taste the “Etang de Diana” mussels and "Nustrale di Diana” oysters, which received the Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris : plump mussels and oysters known for a nutty flavor and an intense peculiar sweetness in the mouth. Accompanying you can choose white bread, or whole wheat bread As for our pastries, and always for the sake of a healthy diet, they are made with brown sugar.
